We offer five curated hop varieties that will add that distinct, unique and reliable flavour profiles to your brews.

Our hop farm is located on a 100 acre property 10 km south of Bridgetown. The original name of the farm was “The Springs”, because of the high quality of our soil and water.

Our unique method of cold storage allows brewers to experiment with seasonal fresh hops all year round.
